TRAILER:
-16 Foot Dual Axle Flat Deck Trailer with dual 7k Axles.

TANK:
-65 Bbl 2 Compartment Tank; 20 Bbl Sand Trap and 45 Bbl Effluent Tank.
-A 21" Manway will be installed in both Compartments for Tank Entry and Clean Out.
-A Folding Walkway for Shaker accessibility and maintenance.
-Tank parameter will be 3x3x3/16" Sq Tubing.
-The Base will be 3x10x3/16" Rectangle Tubing.
-The Walls and Floors will be 3/16" A36 Plate all Seal Welded.
-The Walls will be supported every 24" with 3x3x3/16 Sq Tubing.
-The Tank interior will be lined with a Sherman Williams White Phenecon Coating.

-The Bed will have 4 Firestone Marshmallow Vibration Mounts and will adjust from -3 To +3 Degrees.
-Estimated Flo is 250 Gpm @ 4 To 6g.
-480 Volt 60 Hz General Purpose Rated.
-Controls will be across the Line Start.
-A 3x 10" Krebs Mini Desander Cone will be mounted above the Shaker.

GENERATOR:
-60 KW 480 Volt Three Phase Perkins Diesel with a 100 gallon belly tank.
-Sound Antinuated Aluminium enclosure.
-System will operate with a Woodword controller.

Pumps:
-Desander Pump, 20hp 480 Volt Submersible 250-500 Gpm @ 115 Ft Head.
-Effluent Pump, 7.5hp 480 Volt Submersible 75-200 Gpm @ 65 Ft Head.
-Pit Pump, 5 Hp 480 Volt Submersible 75-250 Gpm @ 45' Head.
-All Pumps will be Vfd Driven with Remotes for Pump Flow control.
