The first step towards selling your equipment is to list it on our website. There are two ways that you can list your equipment with us.

1. Online: Fill out our online form directly on our website. Use the checklist to the right to make sure you have all the information you need and start listing!

   

2. By Email: List your equipment by sending an email to listings@hddbroker.com with your equipment details. Use the checklist to the right and don't forget to attach your photos!

   

3. By Fax: Print off the Equipment Listing Checklist on the right side of this page and fax a copy of it to our office at +1.250.474.6099.
4. By Phone: Give us a call toll-free at +1.866.960.3331 and our helpful listings department will be able to list your equipment for you. Use the Equipment Listing Checklist as a guide when you are collecting your equipment information.

Please allow up to one business day to process your listing. You will receive a confirmation when it has been processed. We add a commission on top of your asking price - this is the price that will appear on the website. You don't pay any fees to sell your equipment with us!

Before you list your equipment with us, make sure you've collected all the information in this checklist.

• Year, manufacturer and model
• Hours or miles
• Condition
• Additional package contents including locating system, mixing system, accessories, trailer and pipe
• Serial numbers for all equipment (This is very important to verify the year of equipment and will not be listed on the website.)
• Equipment location
• Your asking price
• Your contact information including phone number and email
• High-quality photos of all pieces of equipment
• Condition reports or other useful documents
